Wow.This was a big month for you-nothing earth shattering, but lots and lots of little things happening every day. You sit unassisted for longer periods of time, falling over only when you reach a little too far. You are getting quite strong, my sweet boy, and I'm so proud of how persistent you are.We started you on real baby food this month: first green beans, then peas, then carrots, and today we tried sweet potatoes for the very first time. These new foods have not been great for your diapers, but you love love love to eat. Currently you think Grandma singing E-I-E-I-O is hilarious, and sometimes you will give me a broad grin when the little mousey builds his little housey in your neck. You have also fallen in love with the baby in the mirror, and will stare at him for minutes at a time. I love it when I see those skinny little arms reach out towards me, and I scoop you up as quickly as I can. I know that I will probably start to find this habit annoying, but for now, little man, I feel like time is racing by all too quickly, and soon you will be fifteen and will want nothing to do with me. You are six months old, and can spend as much time in my arms as you please.Love,Mom
