2) Still got quite a bit of jiggle to all my bits, a bit self concious out there on the pavement.Funny thing.... I ran four times last week and once so far this week, (it's only Monday afterall), but when I hopped on the scale today, it seems as though I'm up three pounds. Any better ideas?I really hope I'm not up all those pounds come Wednesday's weigh-in.On a more positive note, one of my great friends is working some weight off and has agreed to be my walking buddy two times a week. What a fabulous, fit, self I am going to be come the fall, (my W2 leader said this week was all about positive self talk, hence tooting my own horn).
