Toronto Star humour columnist Linwood Barclay and Murdoch Mysteries author Maureen Jennings are among the nominees for the 25th annual Arthur Ellis Award celebrating excellence in crime writing.Barclay is nominated for his novel No Time for Goodbye, while Jennings was recognized for A Journeyman to Grief.They will compete against Terry Carroll for Snow Candy, Louise Penny for The Cruellest Month and Jon Redfern for Trumpets Sound No More in the best novel category.Jennings is also nominated in the best short story category for Wreckwood, which appeared in the anthology Blood on the Holly.The non-fiction nominees are: Rodrigo Bascunan & Christian Pearce for Enter the Babylon System;
