Nicoll Family Blog: lost in space...


Webquest. A teacher can start by doing one a unit (or for the slow starters 4 a year) and then add to the collection each year. One lesson can even be to have the students update the web sites for the Webquest. Instead of having students guess at what the learning outcome should be, tell them. If I haven’t made it clear my favorite part of a Webquest is the interaction. The student is in charge of their own learning and the teacher orchestrates and assists the student. Every Webquest I have seen is almost fool proof, which is another great quality.
