I'm not including Morgan Ensberg because I don't see him playing in AAA this year.UTIL Nick Green, 29Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee's back! The Yankees will be bringing back the versatile, no-hit infielder after playing in 46 games for them in the 2006 season. The 29 year old righty was drafted in the 32nd round of the 1999 draft by the Atlanta Braves. He played in AAA for most of last year, hitting .337/.385 with 16 homers. He has played all of them except for first base in a professional game, but I wouldn't be surprised if he could do that too.Ceiling: versatile 25th manETA: debuted in 2004, not likely this yearConclusion: AAAA playerUTIL Chris Woodward, 31The 31 year old is pretty much the same exact type of player as Nick Green. He is coming off a very poor season in which he only hit .199/.252 in 136 at-bats.Ceiling: versatile 25th manETA: made debut a while ago, unlikely this yearConclusion: was as solid major leaguer, but it looks like his productive days are over3B Cody Ransom, 32Ransom was selected in the 9th round of the 1998 draft by the Giants. He had two below average years in AAA, but did hit over 20 homers both years, getting another promotion in 2007. In AA he hit .330/.385, while in AAA he only hit .247/.300. He got a cup of coffee with the Yankees in September of last year (only because he was on the 40 man roster.)He doesn't have a lick of power (slightly more than Brett Gardner), but did hit a good amount of extra base hits last year (43 in about 500 at-bats last year.) He's only a fair runner also. He joined the Orioles in 2005, with an impressive major league debut (.280/.360, 80AB), and then moved on to the Nationals for the past two years (was in the majors in 2006 for them.) He hit .280/.335 in AAA for the Nationals last year.Castro has fantastic speed.
