My mom was so pissed~lolThese days I have done lots of thinking and have been seeing a very nice counselor. I agree with that thought in some levels, but I do think it's boring. I don't think they are necessary agree with me or I think I'm super good, but maybe because I'm so confident about my believe and their love to me makes them to agree with me. ( Of course Painingful sometimes )Shao-Bao doesn't go to my room that often, because I like to use perfume everywhere. I think he hates the smell...lolWhen the time he does go to my room, it almost looks like a wonderland to him too ( I guess ). Yesterday he tried to steal my stuffed animal ( my little pigger ).

One of the really interesting sources to survive from Alexandria are a series of portraits attached to mummies which (supposedly) show us what the person used to look like. I also find them really expressive, particularly looking into their eyes- you feel they have a story to tell.My task for my year nine class then is this: choose one of the portraits either from your textbook or from the on-line gallery, and write a short (50-100 words) biography for them in Latin.

She's a grade school librarian and in one of her first-grade classes, she was reading a cute story featuring a cute little hedgehog. In the course of the story, the hedgehog is attending a school taught by a cat and all of her friends were other cute little animals. An interesting (and did I mention, cute?), anthropomorphic stew. What was funny, though, was the fact that this little hedgehog from the story had a pet dog. Most of the children in first grade class had no problem with it all, but one little girl raised her hand and asked my wife this question:How can a hedgehog have a dog?Up until then, my wife hadn't really given that story much thought. It didn't fit the framework of the story and for the little girl, it broke her suspension of disbelief. She touched on something very important...something that a lot of writers (and readers) miss. Even the smallest of breaks for the silliest of reasons can ruin your story for your readers.Personally, I'm thinking that the little girl will probably end up like me some day, ranting about preserving the integrity of the story's world from meddling authors.

Washington Christian National Guard Association: Amazing dick growth for men
I have been sick yet again and yes I have actually seen the Dr. If anyone knows me they know I so do not go to the Dr's so it must be bad right? Well they don't know. So on the way out he tripped and sloshed flaming hot grease on his right arm and then fell in the living room. Yeah, yet again anyone who know me knows I live in flip flops. I know you don' t have to tell me how not smart that was I got 2ND degree burns on my foot. I know I'm dumb. Needless to say I have been run ragged helping mom clean as she can't get down on the floor to do it and then helping with everything else and taking care of step dad while mom worked. I go for another test next week and school starts next week and step dad is doing good on his own now so maybe just maybe I can regain some normal. I have turned the heel on my 2ND jaywalker, and I crocheted some swiffer covers (quick Dr office projects:-) I'm thinking about making the Hallowig from knitty but I don't know if I have the energy right now to start something new. Once I know what's wrong with me and if I get out of this funk I will blog more then as well.

The US software giant will cut the price of the Xbox 360 Arcade model to 19,800 yen (182 dollars) from 27,800 yen, undercutting Nintendo's Wii which has a price tag of 25,000 yen, the Nikkei business daily reported. The Xbox 360, however, outsold Sony's PlayStation 3 in Japan for the first time in the week ended August 10, helped by the popularity of the new role-playing game "Tales of Vesperia,"

But with room on the 10 remaining shuttle missions to the space station in short supply, many fear that it will remain forever warehoused on Earth, becoming the most sophisticated and costly white elephant of the space era.As a result, the imminent launch of the billion Columbus laboratory -- the kind of scientific workspace that the station's backers always said would be its reason for being -- will take place under something of a cloud. We are very excited about the launch of Columbus and believe this will be a major step forward for the international space station, said Martin Zell, who is involved with the European space laboratory as head of research operations for the European Space Agency and is also a coordinator for development of the cosmic ray project. But if the [other device] does not make it to the station, it will be a very great setback for the space community and the ISS, Zell said. But the fate of the instrument also has significant implications for international cooperation in space. The credibility of the United States is at stake here, because NASA made a commitment to bring Columbus and AMS to the space station, said Samuel C.C. But that said, it would be a true international disgrace if this instrument ends up as a museum piece that never is used. The space station was built with four attachment sites that can mount experiments that need direct exposure to space -- and one was designated for the AMS. Ting said the nations that collaborated on the project did so only because NASA promised delivery. But that was before technical and funding problems slowed assembly of the space station, and before the loss of the Columbia shuttle and its crew on Feb. 1, 2003, halted all shuttle missions for 2 1/2 years. Zell, at the European Space Agency, said scientists once thought they could perfect and mass-produce metals in space, but that is no longer considered feasible. But scientific experimentation has been limited, in part because the small crew spends most of its time keeping systems running properly, and because the U.S. science mission on the station formally changed in 2005 after Bush announced his exploration initiative.American science on the orbiting facility is now dominated by research into how months or years in space will affect the human body and what can be done to limit the health effects. One study of salmonella bacteria in space was recently published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and drew significant attention.

Apna Hai Tu Begana Nahin: spencer tracy - Tracy, Jax, Skye, & the Dead Guy Pt. 1 by apnahaitubegananahin
Cirque De Obama By INVESTOR'S BUSINESS DAILY | Posted Friday, August 29, 2008 4:20 PM PT Election '08: Barack Obama says we can't afford four more years like the last eight. What, exactly, is bad about winning a war on terror, keeping Americans alive and free, and letting us keep more of what we earn? We weren't expecting Sen. Obama to thank President Bush for keeping America and its citizens safe from terrorist attack since 9/11, or for winning the war in Iraq and bringing democracy to the heart of the Middle East. But we hoped for more from The One than a proclamation that he had come to lift us out of the bondage of the Republican Dark Ages.Delivered in a stadium with a corporate logo and built with capitalist profits, Obama's acceptance speech was workmanlike as promised, albeit staged on what looked like a movie set left over from the World War II propaganda film, Triumph Of The Will.Still, Obama's performance was enough to move Oprah Winfrey to tears. I cried my eyelashes off, she said. It was enough to make us cry, too.On Iraq, he said he'd end this war responsibly. John McCain would end it in victory. Obama hid the fact that he opposed the surge that defeated the jihadist insurgency. In January of 2007, Obama introduced legislation in the Senate to have all U.S. troops out of Iraq six months ago. Had we listened to him, there would no free and democratic Iraq today. We'd have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, as Democrats forced us to do in Vietnam, and the jihadist victory would have rivaled the killing fields of Cambodia. Our troops would already be home, their sacrifice in vain.Obama pledged to finish the fight against al-Qaida and the Taliban, forgetting it was President Bush who took the fight to the enemy with Obama in opposition. The fight in Afghanistan isn't over. But Obama failed to explain why, as chairman of a subcommittee having jurisdiction, he held not a single hearing on a theater of operations he now deems critical. On the economy, he said: Unlike John McCain, I will stop giving tax breaks to corporations that ship our jobs overseas, and I will start giving them to companies that create good jobs right here in America. Yet he once proposed doubling the capital gains tax to punish the very risk-takers he now purports to champion. When it was pointed out during a primary debate that higher capital gains taxes can generate less revenue and discourage economic activity, Obama mumbled something about fairness. Thursday night, the code words were mutual responsibility. But it's all about redistributing income. We need more, not fewer, tax breaks. The average combined federal and state tax rate on corporations is now 50% higher than the average of our international competitors. At 39.3%, it's second only to Japan's. In some states, including California and Pennsylvania, it's the highest in the world. The average European nation has tax rates on corporate income some 10 percentage points lower than ours. Ireland has a corporate rate of 12.5%. If you were a businessman, where would you locate?I will cut taxesSee full article here (link)
